NOTE: The only fee added is a 12.8% tax. Required wristbands, all resort amenities, & daily maid service are included. Pets are not permitted in rental units at Las Palomas. The maximum permitted regardless of age in a 2 BR is 6. The resort will currently allow up to 1 additional person at $35 each per night with owner approval. That will be collected at check in. Check-in time is 4pm and check out is 11am with no exceptions. PASSPORTS or PASSPORT cards ARE required for ANYONE OVER 15 years of age at the border when returning to the states.

WARNING, NEW RULES EFFECTIVE 03/01/2023: All rentals at Las Palomas MUST go through the official rental pool. If booking with us that's exactly what will happen. We do not collect any funds, simply enter your payment method into the official Las Palomas booking system then they immediately send you an official confirmation letter. If another owner is stating that they will send you keys, book you as guest of owner, collect payments on their own, you will be renting illegally. Security at the main gate and front desk has been instructed to deny entry. The unit you may be renting under the table will have restricted services which may include no phone, cable, maid service, no pool and common area access, and other features you would expect. You can also be assured that the quality of the illegal unit, it’s furnishings, accessories, bedding, electronics, etc. will not have met Las Palomas minimum standards for the resort approved and managed rental pool. It’s supposed to be a vacation, not a nightmare. Only rent through a legitimate owner that is following the rules.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND BOOKING POLICY
The calendar will send you to VRBO but please get back with us directly to save on VRBO fees. If booking directly with us, LP will charge 50% of the total amount at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 10 days prior to check in. Cancellation fee is $150 if canceling more than 10 days prior to check in and the full amount after that. PASSPORTS or PASSPORT CARDS are required for ANYONE OVER 15 years of age.
